When I was little, I dreamed of becoming architect, a dentist, fashion designer, because mi father made and I saw him working in this. When I was 15, I studied in a professional technical school, I had to choose a career and at that moment I did not know what to choose, I was very confused,until I decided on a chemical laboratory.
When I left school I did not think about going to university, I wanted to do a pre-university and then go to university, but things were different. When I gave the PSU the score reached me for something related to chemistry, as Food Engineering. I had placed as option Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry and Food Engineering, that was the first option in the University of Chile.
When I decided the career, I received the opinions of my parents, they helped me a lot to be now studying Food Engineering at the University of Chile.
At the beginning it was difficult because it cost me to adapt, but with the help of friends it was easier.
I would like to work on new food research and give new properties, to help healthy eating.
